Welcome to the World, Baby Elia - 10 Days Old
We welcomed our first little baby girl into our family this April! It's still hard to believe that she is finally here, and I am amazed by how quickly she is growing. Every day we just stop in awe of how sweet and beautiful she is!
It's a whole new experience now being a mama. But one I have been looking forward to for so many years! When I was pregnant, I was so nervous that I wouldn't know what to do with her once she got here... but I have found that the key is to just take a breathe, enjoy each moment, and always go with my gut instinct!
As I am finally getting around to writing this post, she has just passed her two-month mark. (I know, I know..... procrastinator right here...) TIME SLOW DOWN!!! But on the other hand, it's leaving us excited and in awe watching her develop each day and showing us her personality. She has already traveled to Kansas, met more people than I can count, and has done so well away from me as I am slowly easing my way back into photo shoots and full day weddings. Of course I am thrilled about that, it just means a few extra snuggles from me the next day!
My new challenge for myself is to not turn my blog into a baby spam page.... I will try my best but no promises. I mean look at those pinch-able cheeks!
