Blueberries & Eucalyptus: A Bridal Inspired Styled Shoot in Lawrence, KS

I had the basic ideas for this styled session floating around in my head for about a year. When I met Jinan, I instantly knew that she was the final piece missing, and was ecstatic when she agreed to participate in my creative adventure!

I deliberately created a challenge for myself by choosing to shoot this session in a very small space indoors. Keeping decor and props simple, I decided to experiment more with posing and getting back to the basics of what makes a great picture. Limiting my space to work in forced me to create poses that I normally don't work with, and to push through when my creativity felt stumped.

I highly recommend you to challenge yourself every now in then in whatever work it is you do, because it cultivates growth. I desire to be the best photographer that I can be, and know it will only happen if I continue to experiment and challenge myself!
